ORDERS
– How long does it take to process my order?
Each order is carefully prepared with attention to detail. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing before it is entrusted to USPS for delivery.
– How will I be notified about my order?
After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and all details. Once USPS scans your package, a second email with tracking information will be sent. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see these emails in your inbox.
– What forms of payment you accept?
We currently support payments from all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) for US and non-US orders. Though we accept Paypal, Apple Pay, Klarna and Afterpay as payment methods for orders shipping in the US, we do not currently accept those payment methods for non-US orders.
– Do I need an account to shop on VA?
You do not need an account to shop on VA, however, setting one up is free and makes the checkout process faster. When you sign up, you are able to:
- Check out faster when making a purchase
- View past orders
- Make changes to your account information
- Change your password
- Save multiple shipping addresses
- Create and monitor a VA product subscription
If you check out as a guest, all order confirmations and updates will be sent via email, and you will not be able to keep track of this information on our site.
SHIPPING
– Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, shipping is free for all orders within the United States and Puerto Rico.
– Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, España, Guatemala, Italia, Mexico, Panamá, Perú, Portugal, República Dominicana, Uruguay and Venezuela. Shipping costs depend on the destination and will be displayed at checkout once you enter your address. Please note that international shipments may take up to 15 business days to arrive.
RETURNS
– What is your return policy?
You may request a full refund if you return the item within 30 calendar days of purchase.
– What if I change my mind after purchase?
You’re eligible for a full refund if you return the unused item within 30 calendar days after purchase.
– What should I do if there is a defect or issue with the bag I received?
Contact us at info@vabyalevillegas.com. If the return request is within the 30-day window, you may receive a refund.
– Can I exchange my bag?
Yes, you may request an exchange within 30 calendar days of purchase. We will cover the shipping cost for the exchange.

Yes, all product prices are listed in U.S. dollars on the website.
